Stayed last year as well a good nice place They don’t have a very good selection of breakfast

Location and pool. First room they gave me had bugs. Killed them and more keep appearing. Asked the front desk for another room and the manager had an attitude. Still got another room.

There were roaches scattering upon entering the room. The comforters and pillow cases had yellow stains on them. The chain to the door was broken and just fell off when we tried locking it and if that wasn’t enough to complain about, the room never really got cold, so it remained humid and warm. Unfortunately, no other rooms were available so we just stuck it out but I will never stay in this hotel again.

Beds were comfy It was in a good location Pool was clean and nice Saw couple of roach around My room had a hole in the floor and they just threw lose tiles on the floor so we kept on tripping on it

N/a Room had hairs like if the previous person had cut his hair all over the room. Including the bed sheets. Told the staff in the front to get a different room and was told there were no other rooms available. He offered to go inside and clean but he only swiped the restroom and the sink area. When I asked if we could atleast get new bed sheets he said they didnt have any because the room we got was a king room and that’s the only room they had the bed sheets and no one ever gets them so it shouldn’t be dirty. We found a dead roach on the floor near the lamp as well. We were so close to leaving and asking for a refund and getting a hotel somewhere else. Only reason we stayed was because it was already 11 at night and we needed to get some sleep because we had to take our child to Driscoll hospital the next day at 8am. We ended up sleeping all in one bed that was not dirty. Was very uncomfortable since we were 4 cramped up in one bed. We’ve gone to many hotels/motels and have never had an experience like this. I’ll never go to this location again.

Rooms are not sound proof. The breakfast should be called continental.

Nothing. Management was very unprofessional. When we got to the hotel I looked in the bathroom and saw no hair dryer so we called the front desk to ask for one and they told us we would have to give a $20-$40 deposit for a hairdryer that should’ve been included in the room. Their response was because people steal them ok but, you should’ve charged them not us. They were very adamant about that policy which I investigated and is no where in sight. Because someone stole the dryer from that room previously to us staying there they wanted us to pay for someone else’s mistake. I went downstairs and let them have it. Then, we reported it to booking and they didn’t want to speak to booking like cowards. Next day, we were at a car show and they called my husband’s phone while we were there telling us that we needed to checkout it was pure retaliation for calling booking because we didn’t do anything wrong for them to kick us out and that was such an inconvenience because we had to find another room quickly. I had such a bad experience with this hotel and they ruined our little vacay. We will definitely not be staying there nor recommend anyone staying there. The manager and his staff are so unprofessional and hotels that don’t follow their own policies should be removed from booking.

Great location, rooms are spacious comfortable beds, good breakfast I did find a few small roaches in the room and some of the electrical outlets and phone did not work
