Lobby and staff were great. But room was TERRIBLE. Very humid, even the floor and walls were wet. Blackout curtain chain was broken so couldn’t use it. We got all the light in our room at 7am. Terrible

Breakfast was good. Options weren’t. No milk cartons no chocolate milk no yogurt cups. No whole milk, no regular creamer. They were all flavored. No muffins. Eggs were over cooked. Burnt… Staff. An evening staff was rude when we were in the lobby watching tv. She had no name tag nor did any other employee there. Maybe to be more professional they should wear one so when they are not helpful or rude we can report it. She was heavy set had long braids to her waist with pink in it. Can’t tell if she was black or Hispanic or half because her skin tone was hard to indicate. We asked for a coffee bar item she did not reply she just pointed so I say thank you she just rolled eyes and walked away. Then she kept hovering around us while we sat at a lobby table trying to clean and make weird noises as if she was frustrated we were there. Weird and very uncomfortable.

Very happy to find this nifty property and will stay there now, routinely. Staff is lovely. Breakfast buffet more robust and fresher than most. Yay!

It was very clean, the staff was very nice. I had to move rooms due to a water issue, and I was just tired and wanted to go to bed. The staff was very helpful though, and the move was not hard at all though.
