Echo Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Atlanta-Conyers

Overall the property was clean however, the front staff were rarely present, double charged me and refused to give me a receipt when I called. Actually, he/she hung up the phone on me.

Very beautiful place and comfortable for relaxation.

It was a good stay. However the room smelled of cooking grease, no tissue box, and the only available coffee in the lobby was inoperable. The building is very clean.

Exceptional

Customer service was great, the room was neat and roomy with all amenities, parking area was extensive, and overall a comfortable stay.

Elevator did not work. Had to carry bags upstairs to 3rd floor. No toilet paper, at all, in the room. Called front desk and was told I had to come pick it up from front desk (elevator still not working). Hair in the shower. Staff looked like they didn't want to be there

The staff was all super nice and the property was clean.

The rooms are decent in size and cleanliness. However, it reaked of the smelled of weed. No smoking is posted everywhere, but the policy is not adhered to by the clients nor the staff.

Everything was great! No issues! The only concern I had was my room smelled like 10 packs of Newports UNTIL we turned up the air. Lol but other than that it’s a pretty good deal for the price!

I like the location of the property. It was close to the hospital and restaurants. I had trash under my bed. It was just water bottles and a snack wrapper. It was still clean but it shows they did not clean properly by leaving the trash under the bed.

There seem to have been smoking going on

The first room I was given had a dirty shower, sink and stovetop. The next room, wasn’t as bad, but there were some stains on the blanket, sheets and pillows. The room had NO toiletries. Not even soap to wash my hands, but luckily I had my own. I also didn’t like the staff knocking on my door at 9:50a asking if I’m staying over or checking out when check-out wasn’t until 11a. With that said, there also wasn’t a DND sign… I hoped to have had a better experience, but for a “new” hotel, the property and service is lacking. There were stains on the carpet in the hallway, trash piled up outside of rooms, and just overall didn’t feel welcoming and inviting.

Good

We stayed for 2 nights. The first night, they directed us to 2 rooms (which was unclean) We had to go back and forth inside the elevator to inform front desk that we cannot sleep in that condition and that the rooms weren’t ready. The beds weren’t made up, the tv wasn’t working, there was old food in the garbage, and the shower water had no pressure at all. The second night we booked for a suite and there was no utensils. The staff was not pleasant at all and did not show any empathy or remorse for our stay. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The water was cold

Very new. Very clean. Staffs are nice and very helpful. Room is very spacious. Great price for what you get. No hair dryer in the room, I need to check it out from the desk. But the staff was very helpful.
