Parking

In Conyers the country inn & suites is almost a hidden treasure. Clean, peaceful place to stay and the entire staff really is concerned for their guests. I highly recommend it. I’ll be going back for another stay soon

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. This place when you first walked in did not look clean and the pool looked disgusting. I couldn’t and would let my child swim in it.

Staff was very nice and helpful nice clean place just was sad that hot wasn’t working but everything else was very nice

Parking lot was extremely extremely tight! I have a Toyota Camry that I had difficulty get into and out of parking spots. Had I driven my 4WD Ram it would have been impossible to park in this parking lot. Very bad design! Spots very close together could barely open my car door and once you got into a spot good luck trying to back out of it without 2 people spotting you so you didn’t hit another vehicle.

Everything was wonderful

The rooms were very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Love the fact that they have an indoor pool just wish it was bigger

The smell the hotel the hallway carpet very easy the bed was hard as rock the internet was horrible for my streaming device my room smelled like smoke plus I had to walk down to front desk to get my extra towels and rags

Plenty of parking; comfortable room

A man was given the same key to my room. He entered my room at 12:30 am before I put the safety on the door. They promised to give me a 30% discount that I have not received yet. Also a hot tub is advertised but there was no hot tub available. The bathtub had some type of paper like contact paper stuck in the bottom of the tub. Poor room service. The people serving the rooms didn't speak English. I asked for a blanket and was given a rugged one because that was the only clean one available.

Nothing to like . Hotel is smelly, stuffy , dirty , couch in the suit infested woth insects running all around . I had to checkout and seek refund immediately after checking in . My girls fell sick amd started coughing as onw os severely allergic to mould. Terrible place . Elevator buttons are broken

Such a peaceful stay. I only stayed one night but could’ve easily spent the whole weekend. Pool area was clean and quiet. The hotel did not smell of bleach but perfume like scented cleaning products. Room was clean and cozy. Service desk was awesome. It was almost like walking into a Spa. Would recommend this hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very well lit in a nice location. The bed was as hard as the floor. But that is just me. And other guest were completely out of control well past midnight. But obviously not the fault of the staff

Hotel is in need of quality updates. Much of the "repairs" looked like a budget handyman did them, not a hotel. There were stains on the carpet, bed sheets, and shower. The elevator took FOREVER. The worst though, was our final night our whole floor smelled strong like weed & was very smoky. We have several in our party with health conditions (my mother just had heart surgery and my daughter is asthmatic), so we notified the staff of the smoke. They said they couldn't do anything about it, that it was just part of the "weekend fun" in Conyers. They suggested we could call the police if we wanted but they assured us they wouldn't show up either. Very disappointing!
