    Very spacious suite with huge bathroom. Super clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful, let us stay in the pool even after regular hours. Very clean salt water pool. Highly recommend Home2Suites, it’s our third time staying with this hotel chain.

    We arrived and the hot water was not working for the hotel. The manager Jeremy Ward was so kind and really a fantastic person. He refunded us our stay and gave the kids a free snack. That is true customer service and was always smiling when apologizing. I can’t say enough good things abut this hotel.

    The front office staff on all shifts but especially the day staff was wonderful and so very helpful. If though the hot water was out for one day of our stay, the compensation and caring attitude of the staff made everything ok.

    The staff was very friendly. I had to leave a day early. I was told that I would receive one day back however the hotel said that because I paid through booking.com that the money has to be refunded through booking.com. I originally set up to leave on May21st however I checked out of on May 20th.

    Hotels.com allowed me to book a 2 queen bed suite several weeks in advance. I got to the site the day of check-in, at Home 2 Suites, and they didn't have my 2 queen bed suite available. I had to book another room to accommodate my family. Not thrilled using 2nd party sites and probably won't use it again.

    Very friendly staff, clean rooms and located 15 minutes from campus. Stayed for college graduation weekend. I have food allergies so breakfast bar limiting for gluten free and no non-dairy options. Coffee in the room was a plus with k-cups. Staff attentive.

    I requested a 1pm check in. When I arrived at 2:45pm, she rudely stated that they were not honoring my request and check in was at 4pm. I asked if I could wait in the lobby and she informed me that I could wait in my car and call and see if the room was ready. I was appalled by her customer service. Her name was Karina.

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Home2 Suites by Hilton. What should have been a straightforward stay turned into a frustrating and disrespectful ordeal. I specifically booked a room with two queen beds to accommodate my family. Upon arrival, I was told the room was not available and that I would receive a call when it was ready. I did receive a call around 3:30 PM stating the room was ready, so I proceeded with my day assuming everything had been resolved. However, when I returned later that evening at 9:30 PM to check in, I was given a king bed suite with a pull-out couch—completely different from what I reserved and needed. This was not a minor inconvenience; it directly impacted my family’s comfort. When I went back to the front desk to address the issue, I spoke with a representative named Q. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or showing any empathy, he insisted that this was an “upgrade” and that I should be happy with it. His tone was condescending and dismissive. When I asked how he would feel in my situation, his response lacked professionalism and basic customer care. To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with a manager the next day, I was told that no manager would be available. The only resolution offered was a vague discount, which does not make up for poor service, lack of accountability, and failure to honor a confirmed reservation. As if that wasn’t enough, at around 11:00 PM, the toilet in the room stopped working.
