Springhill Suites by Marriott Columbia near Fort Jackson

Clean and comfortable, right by the highway. No pool and the bar and stuff was closed… Not much to do.

Everything here has been great. The location is prestine. The WiFi is not secured. That is the only thing that I didn't like.

Right off I-77…So, very convenient! Check in staff wonderful. Room immaculate. Enjoyed our stay and would return!

Everything excellent and beautiful

Checking in and out was very easy. There was enough parking spaces for our cars and the staff was very welcoming as well!

Hotel was very quiet parking lot was very clean. The lady at the front desk was very kind. The rooms were set up if you needed an extra space to sleep. It was extremely clean and I love the way the bathroom is set up. The water pressure is very low however it's very hot. I would stay here again.

Friendly and respectful staff members, the rooms are clean and fresh, especially the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable and relaxing.

Cons: A little difficult to find the entrance from the main road.

Everything was great. The property was clean. The staff was friendly. There was a good variety of breakfast items. The the only thing I would suggest is that for the Army Family Day and graduation would be to have the breakfast available earlier.

Very convenient location, clean and very nice!!

I was upset because the room was never cleaned. They cleaned my aunt room but mine never got cleaned. And I had to get my own towels from the front desk. The breakfast was underdone the pork sausage.

The room was great-clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard hotel fare but the dining/lounge are off the lobby was spacious with plenty of seating, no waiting for someone to leave. There is a large stone patio adjacent. Lots of seating and a fire pit. I enjoyed sitting out there at end of our day.

Location is nice. Staff friendly. Appeared to be clean. Ac had an odor that smelled like urine when I turned it on. The bed was hard and lumpy and was like sleeping on top of rocks covered in cotton. I left the night before check out couldnt sleep comfortable, so yeah I wasted money. Saw spiders in the bathroom.
