The breakfast is good The table in the room was not good the desk imust be changed , aircon is too noisy , and the housekeeper must check the towel first , before asking the guest the other towel after check out ... i was shock when they ask me where is the other towel

The employee was very helpful, kind and friendly. Had a fabolous breakfast. The facility needs to be upgraded. The pool should not be use only once.

Breakfast buffet was great as always. The spa experience is always awesome; it is one of the reasons why we always stay at ACE. It has become a family "tradition" to check-in at ACE upon arrival and before departure of international travels to relax at their water spa. One night at 3am, there was a knocked at the door from their maintenance guy saying he received a work order to check the lights. I found it weird and suspicious and certainly did not appreciate being woken up at 3 in the morning. I reported it to the front desk in the morning and they checked and apologized saying that their guy got the wrong room by mistake.

The water spa was the best in this property! I am an oFw in Dubai and I haven’t experience such there nor in Cebu! to be able to relax and enjoy the Water spa was the best decision. we were in a Junior suite room and it was good, though the water pressure had an issue on our first few hours but team were quick to fix it! the staff were very kind and calm! though not sure why they have to wear mask (felt like covid era not a good feeling)wherein in Hospitality it is more important to welcome guest with a smile! its too crowded the reception felt too overwhelming. The staff at the cafe lounge on the ground floor didn’t know how to direct guest with using the proper had gestures! seems like they were too tired already to serve.

We yearly go because my son love the water spa The recent visit is the cleanliness of our room, under the bed is so dusty as well as the couch there's still things below the couch.

Its proximity to other establishments, the hotel room upgrade, the requests were granted, the staff are friendly and approachable.

My wife told me that everything went very well. The room was spacious, clean, elegant and very comfortable. The staff were very nice, courteous and accommodating. They were unable to avail of the spa due to lack of time. While the breakfast buffet was a feast and was worth than the price. We definitely would come back and highly recommend to everyone. The bidet of the wc was too high.

We always enjoy our stay here. Our family loved it here, and it was such a treat to be here and have a wonderful staycation. The staff are courteous and nice. Truly a worthwhile experience. There is a bit of a waiting time in the reception, and the seats are limited. Maybe add more seats, but it was fine.

beautiful hotel rooms water dispenser on every floor good location -hope there's a cheaper option to stay in the hotel without breakfast (for people who are rushing out anyway) and without water spa -in other countries there's an ice dispenser beside the water dispenser on every floor

Aircon was good. Water dispensers on each level. That was about it for the positives. The breakfast buffet was fairly poor - lots of choice but all pretty average food. The fitness centre was limited and only 3 people max allowed in there. I went early morning and was able to get in every time but wouldn't fancy my chances later on. The room was tired and needed some TLC. I was on the floor below the sky bar and it was loud at night. I had a free "upgrade" to a suite but the room was still not nice. I needed an invoice on check-out and the staff took 25 minutes to find me something that I could vaguely submit to work. I understand this is more of a family hotel and I was on a business trip so not appropriate but I had a fairly terrible stay.
