The location. Easy access to public transportation. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. The room is not properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. There’s mold and the towels had seen better days and needs to be replace. They offer free water but the on our floor does not dispense water.The gym has a smell and equipments are rusted and old.

I checked in late but they gave me consideration to checkout late. They call me 3 times while sleeping

Bad elevator service. Very poor toilet paper supply inspite of my request. The quality of the towels was very poor. We did not get new towels inspite of our requests. The shower controls for hot and cold water were not properly woking.

i dont like that the ac unit is really loud and was not that cold. i dont like that the carpet on the elevator was really dirty. the towels that they provided was really old and they really need to change all of it. the ref provided was not getting cold. they really need to renovate the place and change a lot of things to make the worth of money we pay worth it.

All facilities were clean, including lobby, room (and bathroom), and breakfast buffet. Hotel is located near the mall and Kapitolyo, a popular food hub. Hotel staff were friendly and responsive to our requests. The room has a safe and mini fridge inside, which is a rarity for similarly priced hotels. Swimming pool was accessible and great for lounging and even doing a few laps. The elevators were too slow to go up and down the hotel. The room we booked (studio type) had no area where two people can eat comfortably. The pillows were too clunky and uncomfortable, which made it incredibly difficult to sleep. While wifi was fast, it often fluctuated and disappeared from time to time. Bathroom was clean but very dimly lit, especially near the shower area. Breakfast buffet was decent but had limited choices so you're not enticed to eat several plates unless you're really hungry. During our first night (around 10pm), the electricity fluctuated for around 20 minutes. Aside from the lights and AC turning on and off, the electronic lock in our room made loud and unsettling sounds, as if someone was trying to break in our room.
