Absolute perfection - I wish there were a St. Regis hotel every where I travel! My kids loved it, the staff was friendly and helpful. I could live in the room (and the soaking tub!). The restaurant was lovely for breakfast. 10/10

We had a great stay and will come back again in the near future!

The absolute top tier of any hotel stay.

Beautiful accommodations, loved the restaurant and pool.

Excellent all around.

Service, staff, room condition, location. The "extras" There has to be a limit on greed and penny pinching. Cost of room is already too high regardless of how wonderful is the stay. Why charge 89/night for parking? Small dollars for a small candy or nuts (should be a hospitality gesture in a place like this) These things put a chip into an otherwise excellent experience and property

Great hotel, large pool - although I wish it was a bit warmer for my liking. The hot sauna though was a nice addition ( there is no hut tub in the pool area). Large gym was also great- unbelievable views of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier!

Had to cancel trip due to flood at my home, they refused to refund or even reschedule my stay.

The workers/ valet spoiled my vehicle and offered no help to fix i had to pay an overwhelming amount to fix.

The hotel was extremely clean but the room itself reminded me of a nice condo, not a luxury hotel. Our room looked right into an apartment building with no view of the water. The restaurants, which were excellent, were highly overpriced, more so than at other nice restaurants in the city. We could not use their car service as the driver left before 8pm. The pool and gym are the highlights of the hotel. The staff were also incredibly kind and attentive. Note that valet parking is priced per night. Overall, I would not return to this location because of the room quality, but the staff deserve a huge shoutout.

Spent our first night ever at the St. Regis! We are hooked! Absolutely perfect location, breathtaking views, incredibly elegant building and decor. The staff is top notch, always friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention the two restaurants there are Amazing! MIRU and Tre Dita. The river walk is just outside the front door and Millennium park is just around the corner! It’s a vacation in itself!

From the moment I arrived, the property immediately made an impression. The atmosphere is polished, calm, and intentional in a way that lets you know you are somewhere special. The design of the hotel is stunning, the rooms are beautifully done, the views are breathtaking, and there is a softness to the experience that makes you slow down and really appreciate the details. It is the kind of place where you naturally pause and take everything in. One thing I always say is that luxury is not only about beautiful spaces. Of course the architecture, the rooms, and the views matter and the St. Regis absolutely delivers on all of that. But to me, true luxury is also about how people make you feel. The check-in and the checkout may seem like small parts of a stay, but they are actually the first impression and the last impression, and those moments matter just as much as the property itself. I also want to acknowledge Alyssa and manager Richard. After speaking with them, I genuinely appreciated the professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to listen. Richard in particular created space for a clear and respectful conversation, and I value that greatly. Sometimes what leaves the biggest impression is not perfection, but how a team responds with care, grace, and a desire to make sure a guest leaves feeling heard. That level of hospitality reflects well on the brand.

The location is good with beautiful views This is not a 5 star hotel. The staff is not great, the rooms are regular size, the furniture and decorative items were defective, the drawers were dirty, the breakfast is not a buffet and has only a few options on the menu.
