Silversmith Hotel Chicago Downtown

Wow! Staff at the front desk are amazing. Such hospitality. Will go the extra mile. Very professional and personable. Will definitely stay here again! They stored luggage until our room was ready AND after we checked out till we left the city, had ice cold water in lounge, bathrooms right there, super comfy place to hang out and just people watch by huge windows if that's your thing:) Room was awesome too! Air conditioning was COLD on the 10th floor!! Yay! Awesome stay:))))

Very good experience, very clean. Directly across the street from the train station so there’s a little noise as it passes. Right in the heart of downtown. Amazing experience and valet was $79 for 24hrs.

Room was beautiful and clean. Staff were so nice and accommodating. Property is so close to many Chicago sites!

Pros - hotel is very well located, coffee in the lobby, free bottled water on request. Good value. Cons - the shower didn’t look clean with someone else’s hair. Cigarette smoke. 4* from us!

The staff was excellent in the room was clean but a bit on the small side. The room does not have USB connection points and the TV does not have a guide you can use or scroll through after turning the television on. Small things overall possibly would say that again

Every staff member of the property was so hospitable and helpful. They took care of our every need! The property was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel, it is also close to all the attractions downtown.

The silversmith is a clean, modern hotel in the heart of the Loop. Easy access to trains and tourist spots. While close to the train, the noise wasn’t bad. Staff were super friendly. Highly recommend.

Great location and really cool rooms! The ceilings are high which is a nice plus for a hotel this price. Everything was super clean and the hotel felt very safe.

We had a 20 hr amtrak ride from New Orleans to Chicago and my wife got sick. Ms. Beverly of the front desk assisted us and help us with our early check in procedure so my wife can take a rest immediately. She was very kind and helpful also with my special needs son who is in spectrum. Overall, we will go back to this hotel and recommend them to everyone. The location is very good, staffs are so nice the hotel is so clean and family oriented place. Thank you Silversmith!!!

It was a great location. I was at the Chicago blues fest, and it was a one black walk to millennium Park. The beds were comfortable and the staff was great.
