It was close to public transportation I had high hopes for this hotel, but my experience fell well below expectations. The room was noticeably unclean, with dirt and grime along the edges. Even small details were neglected like the toilet paper rolls were already half-used, which felt unsanitary and careless. The customer service was equally disappointing. After waiting in line four separate times, the staff member was dismissive and rushed me rather than offering genuine assistance. At one point she told me to stand aside because she had “a lot of work to do,” leaving me waiting another 15 minutes before receiving any help. To make matters worse, the elevators were progressively going out of service throughout my stay. The last one still running felt unsafe, it shook noticeably when reaching our floor and the doors were slow to open. That’s a serious safety concern. Finally, the room itself was misrepresented. I booked specifically for a room with two beds and a full couch. What I got was a small, cramped sofa, nowhere close to what was advertised. Overall, this stay was not worth the cost. There are far better options in Chicago for the price.

Everything

The bed and TV out of 4 elevators, only one of them is functioning, I shouldn't have to ask for a face towel. No microwave in the room. The toilet tips to the side. the smaller parking lot has no lights at night.

Breakfast wasn't offered. Coffee on main floor was always available but only basic creamer. Flavored creamer would be a nice touch. No microwave in room but there are 2 on main floor. Although free breakfast is a perk, the absence of it got us out the door to see the city.

The best part was definitely the front desk lady. She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. Her amazing customer service truly made the experience even better Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The entire hotel smelled strongly like weed, and our room was not clean — there was hair everywhere on the bathroom floor and even on the bedsheets. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

no microwave in the rooms and elevators were constantly down

The elevators were down, the ice machines and pop machines were not working but no signs, it was a few stains on our carpet but overall the room was clean and also didn't like how the back door anyone could just walk in at anytime.

We paid hundreds of dollars to stay at this hotel for ONE night and ended up not even being able to check in because we aren’t 21 even though we’re both legal adults. We have contacted this establishment multiple times in attempt to get a refund but we’ve gotten no response.

The room was spacious. Close to the Train and public transportation. Room 428. The shampoos were open and ripped off the wall sockets. The wall in the bathroom was moldy and bulging. Still use a shower curtain which were kinda stained at the bottom. Some hair strands that were long (both of us were males)

Air condition was not working on one of the room, one room was nice, other one has an issue for the cleanness.

Martha was AMAZING as usual. Very patient and kind. Thank you N/a

They had parking We got a two Queen size bed room. Meaning there was going to be more than one person staying there. But we only got one bath towel. Lady at the front desk was standing offish and kind of rude about it all too.

It was a great experience! I definitely enjoyed my time in the city. The hotel was amazing and in a perfect location for Lexi suite and touring. I will definitely be returning.
-
Location , parking, value for dollar Not as clean as should be, dated interior especially in common areas.

I didn't see breakfast mentioned as an option. I'm the hotel was in need of an update. The overall needed updating in the rooms and hallways. The online photos were nice and the hotel itself did not live up to the actual property. The staff however helpful lacked life and enthusiasm. My wake up call for example was forgotten and overlooked consumed by other tasks of the receptionist.

The rooms were clean. Location for my purpose wasn't great.
