Very clean room, nice staff. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay here!

Clean rooms and nice looking hotel. Had to wait over 45min and call multiple times for the airport shuttle. The shuttle is shared with other hotels so we’re all full returning to the airport and we ended up having to get a Lyft. Staff were fine but not super friendly or that helpful.

If you are flying and have a flight before breakfast, you can ask for a to go breakfast bag with bagel and orange and water, which was really nice. Coffee is available 24/7. It was also a very clean hotel.

Outstanding hospitality! ​Comfort & Cleanliness: Well-kept, clean rooms and an excellent, diverse breakfast spread to start the day. ​Room for Improvement: ​The only miss: Having a mini-fridge and a working microwave in the room would have made this a flawless 5-star experience. I hate food waste, and it was a shame to throw away perfectly good leftovers because I had no way to store or reheat them. ​The Verdict: ​If you need a reliable, comfortable, and welcoming place to rest your head before starting your Charlotte itinerary, this is a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay here again!

The only reason I am not rating this motel a five star is because we had to pay for parking in the motel parking lot. Typically parking is covered, especially when your parking in a parking lot that belongs to the motel.

Convenience, basic room, decent breakfast. Good enough place for us to rest for a night before continuing our journey. AC not strong enough. Strict checkout timings as you get charged otherwise.

Spent the night here on a long layover. Very clean room. Beds were more comfortable than I expected for a large chain hotel! The shuttle both to and from the airport was great. Definitely would stay here again!
