Breakfast Hidden PAID parking fee, once someone checks in, parking should be free. Very bright external lights for facade lighting, Had to rig up a window cover to be able to sleep

Front desk had a super difficult time finding reservation, manager was helpful and stepped in to assist

Place is great and food at the hotel was excellent for bar food. Beds were amazing. Staff was lovely. I was double charged for my booking but Marquita at the front desk took care of it the moment I called. She was awesome. Thank you Marquita. You rock.

Had to book a hotel last minute after my flight got cancelled around 11pm. They were helpful and had an airport shuttle just schedule it at the front desk. Breakfast was pretty good too and included

The hotel room was clean and our floor was extremely quiet staff was very welcoming and friendly no complaints but one if they only get some new carpet they would’ve gotten 5 ⭐️ out of me.

Comfortable and clean, good breakfast. Parking was 12 a night!! I have not been charged to park at a hotel I was paying to stay at. Not posted as a charge. Not acceptable to me.

The only concerns I experienced were that housekeeping did not visit to refresh or straighten the room during my stay, and unfortunately, the refrigerator in the room was not functioning properly. Aside from those issues, the experience was enjoyable.

The room was nice and clean but the hotel itself was extremely loud. The front desk staff wasn't especially friendly and they required us to pay to park our car in the hotel parking lot which was really odd for a chain hotel like this.
