The room had a strong refrigerant order that was unbearable and the heater made a continuous loud noise. We were moved to a larger room but it was a pet room which came with a whole other smells. Will not stay here again, just not clean enough for me.

I stayed at this hotel on 12/6/2025 and I paid the 150 for incidentals. And I still haven’t received my money back. I contacted them and they said they would look into it and contact me back. But I have heard nothing back from them about my money. This place is a rip off. If u stay there they will not refund u back your money

Hotel was terrible. Windows broke car windows broke wall head hose in it.

Couldn’t get sleep the shower head was broke the frigerator made a loud noise

The noise level was very loud and we could not sleep. We saw a roach in the kitchen. The tv didn’t work and the toilet seat was broke.

Front desk employee was really nice and explained everything clearly, the room was clean and comfortable, only thing bad was that you can hear everything that’s happening outside barely rest bc of loud cars all night.

I killed bugs in the bathroom and on the curtains. Hair in the tub and on towels. Lots of marijuana smoking in parking lot and marijuana smell coming through the air vents.

I check in 3 different rooms. One wouldn't open, the other didn't have a door, & the last room we decided to just stay bc we were tired had so many bugs, & very dusty

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The price was great for the two bedroom suite. Booking the suites was confusing online so I had to call the property to guide me through choosing the correct suite.

Sonestas are very hit or miss. This was a beautiful location. 10/10 for what you expect.
