    The elevator was down but other than that my kids and I enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was also amazing. I will definitely be ask when I’m in town.

    This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The elevator was out of service, and we were forced to carry extremely heavy luggage up to the 6th floor. Not only was this completely unacceptable, but the staff didn't even offer an apology. Several other guests were demanding refunds because they physically could not manage the stairs. Had it not been midnight and had we not been exhausted after traveling all the way from California, we would have demanded our money back as well. To make matters worse, the construction workers remodeling the hotel appeared to be hanging around the parking lot and then causing disturbances on our floor at 3:00 AM by knocking on doors and running away. Being woken up in the middle of the night because of behavior like that is outrageous. As if that weren't enough, a massive cockroach showed up in our room and was actually trying to get into our luggage. Finding a roach in a hotel room is disgusting and completely unacceptable. The final insult was breakfast. Every hot item was cold—the eggs, the bacon, and the potatoes. Nothing about this stay met even the most basic expectations. Between the broken elevator, lack of concern from staff, late-night disturbances, cockroach infestation, and cold breakfast, this hotel failed on every level. We will absolutely never return and would strongly discourage anyone else from staying here.

    The elevator wasn't working and the desk clerk lied and stated that she offered a refund before checking and did not...Expedia customer service was the WORST as I kept getting the run around...The manager at the hotel was very professional and helpful...they are lucky to have her as an employee

    Was never made aware elevator wasn't in working order . We had dogs that we paid for xtra for and was told they won't come in our rooms if dogs were inside ( dogs are 5lbs and under and all caged in two separate rooms) we were willing to move dogs into other room for cleaning to happen. We stayed for 5 days and on the very last day was the only time our room was cleaned even asking multiple times and being told it was going to get cleaned/freshened up . Wasn't made aware of construction either. Overall terrible stay.

    The location was very convenient to eating, shopping and major highways The hotel wasn't a good value. The room.was small with no microwave and the bathroom was exceptionally small. Two people couldn't fit in there at the same time.

    The room was nice and comfortable Due to ongoing construction at the hotel, the elevators were not working. This should have been clearly disclosed on the Booking.com listing before I made my reservation. Had I known, I would have chosen a different hotel. Because the elevators were out of service, I had to carry my belongings up the stairs to my room. There was also a significant amount of dust from the construction, which made the stay less comfortable. Greater transparency about the construction and its impact on guests would have been appreciated.

    There was a roach, that’s all I have to say. And it was big roach at that. Only getting 2 stars because before the roach scurried across my hotel room, I got breakfast the day before and the French toast is really good. Never will be back though

    Not much to be honest very disappointed in the overall The left was out of service and will be for the foreseeable future, renovation works being carried out meaning half of the facilities not available and very very poor customer service with the reception. Room keys canceled at 10am for a 12pn check out, bedding with holes all over, washing facilities below standard for any hotel. Overall a severe disappointment

    The elevators were down when we started our stay. The hotel staff were not sympathetic. The only room was available on the 6th floor! I’ve never stayed anywhere that none of the elevators worked. Only could take the stairs?!? Never will I chose any Hyatt Place!

    Breakfast was good. There were different options each day. On the last day of our stay, someone spilled something sticky on the steps that lasted from the 3rd level to the ground floor.... We had to clean our shoes once we got outside. Also, the higher the floor, the steeper the steps. Overall, it was an OK stay. Cleanliness and staff were great, amenities....... Eh.

    There was not much of an experience to like. Did not get to see much of the place. Booked the room two weeks in advance of a youth track meet my kids were participating in. Got there at about 10pm to check in, was met with lines to the door. Once I got to the desk, I was informed that the elevators were out and had been out for over a week and the only open rooms left in the style that I booked were on the top 2 floors (6 floor building). When I asked why was this not communicated before check-in, I was told they did not have my email address even though I was contacted for seemingly everything else leading up to check-in day. When asked if I could just get a different style room on a lower floor, because walking up and down 6 flights of stairs would not be ideal for my kids that had to run in a track meet that weekend, I was rudely told that there are no other room types available. Mere seconds later, I heard the employee checking the couple in beside me tell them that they could take a different room option that was available on the first floor. As I was was speaking with my wife and looking for other hotel options, I overheard the same person that just told me there were no lower floor options available, tell the next couple after me that there was a room available on the third floor. We left and found another stay down the road. Will never attempt to stay at this location again.
