I went there it was close up and boarded up so i had to waste money to stay somewhere else i wrote to them to give me my money back

This place is scamming people out of their money the CITY OF CHARLOTTE SHUT THEM DOWN MONTHS AGO. Ride by… no lies detected they have numerous citations and health conditions.. no power no water no service no refunds RUN PEOPLE

it was dirty and squatters hanging around Hot squaters were sitting around outside of the building

The hotel was closed so we couldn't stay. Had to get another hotel. And the hotel won't respond about a refund. Horrible experience. I will never use hotels.com again. It is ridiculous for you to advertise and accept money for hotel rooms at a closed hotel.

The property was ran down, there was a lot of people hanging outside, there was a lot of traffic in and out of the property, and there was no one arounf to help.

It's was clean it's peaceful it's quiet it's in the cut.. the showers in there for it not to be 5 star is pretty dope. If they can just get better tvs yo I will move in there. Lol. No cap it's dope to be a rinky dink room

I didn't like anything and didn't stay. There wasn't anyone at the office upon arrival and cops were in the screen along with drug dealers and addicts at every turn. I need a refund. I tried calling booking and was supposed to be contacted back by the booking.com supervisor but was never called back Everything

There was nothing I liked. I paid for a room that I didn't get to use because when I got there they were all booked. The office was closed and the agents were no help. I didn't get my $ back either

No towels or wash cloths in bathroom. No trash can. Cable tv didn't work. It was close to everything though. The guy who checked me in was nice.

They didn't have my reservation and had no rooms available. Dirty, disgusting, bug infected lobby. Gross and disgusting!

There was no room available when I arrived after prepayment. When do I receive a refund, including Lyft ride to the motel.

Did not check in due to staff repeatedly telling me room was canceled. Would not let me explain that was the wrong location before hanging up and not answering the phone after numerous times calling back. Expedia tried calling and no answer. Just was told no refund even though they were at fault for not having my business. Horrible customer service! DO NOT STAY WITH THIS COMPANY! WILL POST AND SPREAD THE WORD!

Animal vomit near the front door. No WiFi or television. Hair on the pillows. Many other unidentifiable stains on the sofa and markings on the seats. I must stay in bed in the cleanest corner to get rest. Restroom seats and shower filthy. Sink is filthy.

They wouldn't let me check in. Said they were full. Turns out....because of the hurricane there were power outages so they booked a bunch of rooms at a higher price than my discounted rate. Greedy. 4 days later and I'm still waiting for the refund they said they approved.
