Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Waterfront

Breakfast was great despite the long line, well it was weekend and plus Father's Day. Room was spacious, clean and well stocked. Staff were very accomodating.

Bathtub faucet was leaking No bath plug to take a bath No resort credit was given as paid for.

The AC did not work in the room. Only gave us one fan but had asked for two. Hardly cooled the room down because there was the bedroom and sitting area, sitting area was hot the whole time. The fridge did not get very cold. Beds were uncomfortable. Beautiful view but hotel needs an upgrade and given how expensive it is, not worth it. Won’t stay there again.

The property is beautiful! The breakfast is worth the stay saved so much money, the rooms were great and clean was unaware of the room AC that there is none, but opening the sliding door was so refreshing for the room

The hotel indoor scenery was beautiful, rooms were a good size. The breakfast was great. However, the room was a little dusty, and the beds were extremely hard. It felt like we were laying on box springs.

An excellent place to stay near the airport and not far from San Francisco. My family enjoyed our stay here very much.

The check-in process took more than 30 minutes. I arrived on Saturday around 2 PM, and the two ladies at the front desk did not seem to know the process and kept asking another staff member for help. Even after waiting over half an hour, there was no apology for the inconvenience. They appeared untrained. There was also a wedding event happening in the ballroom, and the music was so loud that I could barely hear the receptionist during check-in. The restaurant was another disappointment. The food was overpriced and low quality. Breakfast in the morning was acceptable, but the tables were not clean, and guests had to clear their own plates. Overall, the hotel management seemed poorly organized and the experience was nowhere near the standard we usually expect from other Embassy Suites locations. The only highlight was the beautiful view of the bay.

The staffing is what we had more problems with. Asked for items that never arrived (pillows) had to call again hours later. Next day it appeared housekeeping had come as things were moved around room. Empty bottle bag we had was gone. Door shut. But no beds were made, no cups were thrown away no clean towels. It just seems if you are going to come in and take away things that generate money you'd at least make the beds throw away the dirty cups and bring towels. dee

The property itself was pretty clean and the location by the sea is great. The couch in the room was worn out and had some stains. I opened the window and the roof area next to me has underwear and few other trash items. Breakfast was great. Other than these few issues I liked the property.

We took a quick 4-day, 3-night family trip of 5 to escape the Central Valley heat.Pros:Excellent Service: Check-in was incredibly easy, and the staff throughout our stay were consistently friendly and helpful.Beautiful Property: The main entrance and indoor atrium are absolutely beautiful.Great Amenities: The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety for everyone. My kids absolutely loved spending time in the indoor pool!Reliable Tech: Both the Wi-Fi and the television worked perfectly during our stay.Cons:Room Moisture & Odor: Our room had an unusual odor, and the carpet felt very damp/moist, suggesting there might be an active leak somewhere.Bed Comfort: The beds were unfortunately not very comfortable or supportive for a good night's rest.Limited Streaming: While the TV worked fine, we weren't able to stream or cast our own devices to the television for more entertainment options for the kids.Overall, the hotel has fantastic family features, but the room itself definitely needs some maintenance attention.

The location was great. Helpful staff when my daughter got sick. Price was a bit high. Bathrooms could use some renovations.

The room was nice, we had two beds and and a sofa bed with a view of the water. The beds inside the room was full size. There is a table to eat on but only had two chairs. The bathroom was small and had no lock. The free breakfast was very good. You had the option to get a freshly made to order omelet. They had a lot of options to choose from. But be sure to get there early because when it is busy, a line forms and the dining room gets packed. There were a few issues when we stayed there. At night we called for more linens and pillows but did not received our request. They have nine floors, we stayed on the third floor. Conveniently there was a washer and dryer on our floor, but it was only one of each available. You are lucky to catch it when it is available to use. I checked the second and the fourth floor and I only saw an ice machine. The place is big, so I could be wrong, there might be more washing machines. Overall, I enjoyed staying there. I would recommend it.
