I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport. The hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request.

The hotel is nice, but we had a really bad experience with a room that had no air conditioning. They were sold out and we spent the night in a stuffy, hot room. I didn’t sleep the entire night and when I came down to tell them at 4:30am, they offered us another room by 6am but no late checkout or any kind of compensation. It’s frustrating because I had to drive a long way the next day with two children which is dangerous on no sleep. Further, when you pay for a nice place to stay, you expect to be able to at least get rest. I wish we would have stayed somewhere else.i wish the staff would have recognized the situation and tried to be more helpful in rectifying it for us.

In room 791 the light either was broken or the light bulb was out ..That’s was the only thing that was wrong.. The room was clean and nice.

Airport shuttle wait was 1 hour Asked for wake up call and did NOT get it. I am a flight attendant so this was important for me. Front desk never answered the phone 1 single time. I had to go down stairs to talk to them.

Super friendly staff at check in and check out! Breakfast buffet was good. Comfortable bed and nice bay view with planes landing at SFO. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Great stay, we stayed with a newborn and requested a corner room and they honored it. Great location for travel between SF and South Bay.

They don’t have curtains covering window. The curtains covers the wall. Window had a sheer curtain. Light from parking lot lit up the room all night. We had a horrible night sleep and the sunrise lit the room up even more by 5 am. We were exhausted and had a long day of travel ahead of us. We booked this room to be close to airport and to get more sleep. We got no sleep so we’ll stay home next time and drive to airport the day of travel. I’ll never stay at that doubletree Hilton again. It was awful and one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had traveling.

We arrived early and had a drink in the bar. It was pleasant. The room was clean and we had breakfast in the restaurant which was really good. We took the shuttle to and from the airport and it was very convenient. All in all it was a pleasant stay.
