Great location if you need to be close to the airport, easy parking at the hotel as well. It's a clean, but a bit dated property. The hotel offers a good hot breakfast buffet, checking and checkout was very easy and friendly. The hotel staff team was very helpful!

This property is not well maintained. It’s old and the moment I entered the room my dust allergy kicked in. The AC blows straight to your face when you lay on the bed. The wallpaper is peeling off, carpet is disgusting. The only saving grace was the free breakfast and the nice front desk staff.

This is an old school hotel in a great location near the airport with views of the bay.. thought airport might be loud but it was not on runway and noise was not an issue. I loved that it was really clean and well maintained, rooms were well stocked, parking lot was plentiful and felt safe. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and clean and I LOVED that they had real plates and real cutlery alongside plastic/paper plates. Good shuttle service to airport. There were nice elder groups, german groups. Harley riding group, Stanford graduates, FIFA groups who stayed and very respectful.

The location was ideal from the airport, also airport shuttle is available. Outdated, in need of updating in the rooms-I wasn’t able to charge my phone because there were no USB ports in the room. Standard plugs were available and a fax machine plug in was in the room. Rooms were clean, but sheets, cotton blankets and coverlets were worn and tattered at the edges.

Good hotel. However there was no room service, maybe they just missed our room.

We liked the location, the vintage style, the breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Very friendly staff, lots of restaurants around, pretty good breakfast, good mattress in bed, clean hotel. The only thing is if you are a light sleeper, there’s very little soundproofing and you can hear everything out in the hallway. Otherwise we highly recommend.

Same class of hotel as Marriott & Westin down the street but for 1/2 the price! A better quality breakfast/food selection would be ideal!

Not many restaurants nearby if you don’t have a car.

No shuttle service available when we get to the airport as advised. Had to get a taxi to the hotel at my cost. There ATM charged my bank card $83.95 for a transaction denial. The view was good but 17 miles from the piers and attractions with no public transportation, had to use Uber.

Great location- right by the water and very near the airport, yet the jet noise is minimal. Tons of free parking. Old-fashioned rooms, which means they are dark! There are not a million little switches and appliances that each have their own bright lights. The pillows are something like 8” thick, more like bolsters, and you wake up with a terrible neck/back ache. And the blankets are not that comfortable either; you can’t tell if you’re hot or cold.
