The front desk staff at check in wasn’t the most helpful. But the bell staff and valet staff were amazing!! Also, I would book this hotel again just for the shower heads. Best ever!

One thing I want to mention is that there was a discrepancy with the valet pricing. Hotels.com listed valet at $59, but the actual charge was $74.69. When we asked the front desk about it, they explained that the third-party website had incorrect information and that it was up to Hotels.com to update the pricing. Not a huge issue, but I'd want to know. The room was nice, although not overly spacious. Room service was quick, food was good. My son said the burger was 5 stars. While I wouldn’t say the food was anything extraordinary, I really appreciated room service was available throughout the night. That’s a huge plus since many hotels stop room service early. Drinks from the bar were excellent. The valet team was exceptional. Even when it was extremely busy, our car was always ready by the time we made it down. The only downside for our family was the pool area. It felt more like an adult social hangout than a family-friendly pool (wristbands were mandatory). While my kids were swimming, another guest in the pool became visibly annoyed when a bit of water splashed her (she was literally in the pool).. I mean when you're swimming, it happens. It was a nice stay.. we'll come back. I do recommend.

Great place to celebrate an anniversary. Dean's was great!

Busy hotel, but nice amenities and staff. Hard to get in and out because of crowding in driveway. Parking very expensive.
