The Westin Atlanta Airport

Rooms were clean and staff was very caring and professional

It’s nice for an airport hotel but the breakfast bar was not really good and for that price definitely not. People at the front desk were not really friendly the valet older guy was really nice and helped us out a lot. Pool is amazing, room service was good, and the environment was really cool. Tv was really slow so we couldn’t watch anything which sucks.

Everything was amazing

First room gave me the toilet was broken. Hotel looked really nice on the pictures but it was trash everywhere, the may need more trash cans on the floors because people left they trash on the things by the elevators. The housekeeping kept coming in our room while we were sleeping. Just ok stay probably would stay there again if I came back to Atlanta.

The only negative comment I could make is the parking fee is ridiculous.

Exceptional

The sheets had rips, holes, and stains on them. Asking for extra towels required two (unsuccessful) phone calls, two hours, and my just wandering down the hall to ask their cleaning staff for them when it didn't work. The restaurant in there is just terrible. It took forever, I'm not sure why, considering there weren't many guests for both delivery or eating in the restaurant. Also, I don't know why the bathrooms do not have locks or an extractor for heat / humidity while taking a shower. Definitely won't be back.

Lobby was hot entire stay, housekeeping never cleaned room , no towels, room was hot , breakfast was expensive and horrible then they ran out of food

The toilet was dirty, and there was blood on both sets of sheets on the two queen beds. I called the front desk, and they quickly moved me to another room, but the AC did not work. This property is tired and dirty.

The beds were nice. The overall look of the Hotel was nice. The front staff and wait staff were friendly and helpful. Game 4 of the NBA playoffs was on the TV downstairs and it was fun listening to the cheers of the folks watching the game. Long List: No microwave in the room. Bar prices - I know I'm going to pay more for a hotel drink or food, that doesn't bother me. However, one shot of tequila for 23.00 and high ball for 19 is out of control. My room service lunch was less than my midshelf shot of tequila. The TV - Very few channels, and only three options for Internet streaming. I stayed in two other Hiltons with twice as many channels and many more options for internet streaming. Environment - room temperature was ok, but the main building had the heat on, in GA, in June. The only reason i know this is because a few people at the bar were complaining and the bartender told us the Heat was on. I'm sure there was a reason, but it wasn't comfortable.

Outstanding!

My family booked with the Westin for our 10 year vow renewal and we all had a wonderful time. The hotel was only 5 mins away from the venue. The bar is top notch ❤️

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the hotel was quiet and well-maintained. Check-in was easy, and the overall experience was pleasant. I would stay here again.

The room was spacious, the bed was super comfy and it was one of my new favorite places to stay while in Atlanta. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Over all, I did not have any issues at all.

I was charged 80 dollars for parking in the hotel lot after being told it would only be 32 dollars!
