It was convenient to the airport and free shuttle bus every half hour is aways a plus

great place catching a flight in am. Very clean and breakfast was good

Not the best Holiday Inn Express that I have stayed in. Bed was comfortable, but bathroom and room looked to be not well maintained.

The hotel is very nice, I didn’t realize you must pay $15.00 per night to park your vehicle. Although the surrounding areas when you go to stores or out to eat are not as nice or friendly, all of the hotels in that area are all clean it is just when you leave the hotel area that isn’t that nice.

Location is great, nice staff, breakfast is good.

Very good breakfast, reliable shuttle, no coffee maker but one available on request, business centre printer not working.

Flight got delayed, staff not able to accommodate me for something I had no control over. New towels were not delivered everyday. Walls and floor boards in hotels need washing and paint. Wasn’t given a comforter only two sheets and a throw blanket. Shower floor dirty.

My door was sticky. It was nasty could barely touch the door. The door also was very loud because you had to slam it because it was old or broken. Not the experience I expected at this hotel. The women serving breakfast were lovely, that’s about it.

Lo que no me gustó que encontré basura detrás de cama y el escritorio no está bien limpio ( empañado, como si no lo hubieran secado), el grifo estaba fatal de ajuste con posibilidad de romperse(en la ducha), de lo cual tengo fotos de estas situaciones . Ah los muebles del salón para desayunar estaban manchados y sucios .

I liked that staff where nice and buliding was pretty clean. The AC in the building did not work good, it was between 73 and 75 all day even thought it was set on 68. And the toliet in my room ran all night even thought staff tried to fix it twice.

Good property. Ending breakfast at 9:30 is a bit disappointing because most of us need to rest and not have to get up early just to catch breakfast
