I enjoyed my stay

I did treat myself to a massage at the spa, and it was fantastic. Omar was my masseuse, and I highly recommend him. The spa was clean, relaxing, and included wonderful amenities such as steam showers and a sauna. My only real complaint was a small but frustrating interaction at the spa front desk. As I was leaving, the attendant asked if I wanted water, and the way it was presented made it seem complimentary rather than a purchase. I later discovered that it had been charged to my husband’s account. While I understand businesses need to generate revenue, I found the interaction misleading and a bit tacky. Aside from that, I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The hotel is conveniently located near Piedmont Park, and the rooms, as well as the entire property, were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Great location! You can walk to museums, restaurants, and the botanical garden. Politan Row (food hall) is right next door. The hotel is also close to a Marta station. Wonderful staff. Fridays and Saturdays they have a DJ. Bar had great small bites. My king room was spacious and had a sitting area. Perfect solo trip accommodation!

My best friends and I traveled here from CT for a girls weekend trip and we had an absolute blast. The location was perfect, the staff was super friendly, and the hotel was beautiful. The staff gave us recommendations for food, nightlife, and experiences in the city. We truly enjoyed ourselves in ATL and cant wait to visit again.

Very clean, extremely helpful staff and nice restaurant and bar area.

These rooms were excellent. I loved the view that the bed faced. It smelled great and it was a great size, especially for the price. The bar downstairs was really nice and the staff at the desk were very welcoming.

Great rooms, but that’s where it unfortunately ends. Their pool was out of service and perhaps even their air conditioning? Every time we were in the lobby or restaurants it was so hot, like sweating! I appreciated that because the pool was closed they gave us a comped breakfast, but it was limited to 2 items and on the menu looked appetizing, but the execution was so very mid. Very obvious there are some execution issues. Hope this is improved as I see the potential of this hotel to be very amazing! Appreciated that it was connected to a food court area! Also plan to pay $30+ a night for parking as there are no free/affordable options nearby.

Great location decorated with taste

I really enjoyed my stay there however, it amazes me that there weren’t any microwaves in the entire building. I was really hungry, and had to eat my leftover dinner from earlier in the evening cold. Im still planning to come back this year. Thanks for everything.
