When arrived at the hotel with my tried from flight, I received my cards to open room went up to tenth floor. Opened the door and room was already used by someone else. Went back down showed them pictures of room. They did give me free breakfast coupons. But it were other guest this or something like it was happening the same day. Hotel cost a lot so there should not be issues like this going on a holiday weekend. All the Uber drivers went to the wrong hotel 5 times. Too close to the other hotel.

The staff was very friendly the only thing we missed was a microwave in our room but other than that everything was great it did rain of course no one has controlled over that but it got better and was able to walk to the food court the location is awesome especially for walking in the area No microwave in the room

The property was cleaned….front desk was helpful ..but the lady I think her name was kiki that served breakfast should be considered for top management somewhere…when I tell u she went the extra mile for everyone in the breakfast area.she made the stay top teir

The parking structure payment needs to be a lot clearer on your website and to all third-party vendors looking for you while I was there several people did not understand and it took issue with the parking policy cuz a lot of us believe that parking was included to find out that it wasn't and it was $40 a day and then some other convoluted conversation I was cool I have the money to cover it but that's just something you may want to be a little bit clearer on in the future

I love how the property is in the center of everything. It’s not far from the places a person would like to visit Parking but honestly that’s Atlanta you have to pay for parking everywhere
