Super clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area and bar was amazing. The location downtown is walking distance to everything you need.

I just wish they had some type of continental breakfast in the morning. But all in all the stay was very pleasant and we would recommend it.

People was nice an helpfully. We walked to most things. In the area which is nice. The pool mite be heated but it’s only 3-5* more then the outside temp. We couldn’t use the pool it was too cold for us with the wind on the roof been nice if it was really heated to like water temp to like upper 80’s

Well the hotel itself is very up to date and beautiful, however there are a couple of things I think that needs revamping. One the “no daily housekeeping rules. Why would a hotel think its plausible to make their guests clean their own rooms make their own bed and take out their own trash,

In addition, we stayed on the 4th floor, and the windows are so thin that you hear all of the incredibly loud street noise until 2-3 am. But if all of that won't bother you... Then it's great. The pool is lovely. The room is nice.

I was there for a conference and didn’t utilize the amenities to the fullest but it was a great location surrounded by much to do.

Location The property has outdated decor to only be 4 years old. It was not cleaned well and staff was horrible.

Great hotel

I think I stayed in the same room as I did 3 years ago and it looked like new ….i was so mazed, the staff everyone of them from the time you walk through the door to the security guards AMAZING EXPERIENCE……STILL CANT BELIEVE THAT MY ROOM STILL LOOKED LIKE NO ONE EVER WAS IN IT!!!!! WOW Would have liked breakfast and the bar and restaurant stayed open a little longer!

Great location. Nice rooftop pool and bar area. Comfortable room with everything we needed.

Great experience

We enjoyed our stay as a family! We especially appreciated the bell services and valet staff who were very helpful and friendly. Especially Jordan who packed us up. Also, Karina, Destiny, Brain, Jayla, Natasha and KeaAron who were kind and helped everyone with a happy attitude even though it was very busy. Great staff!
