Near perfect budget option for a short walk to stadiums and magic city

Very nice place to stay in downtown. Staff is helpful.
-
Staff and parking valet was very friendly, helpful and provide professional customer service. The room was clean and smell nice. Compared to other places that I have stayed this is by far the best in maintaining their rooms smelling nice and clean. Thank you for a welcoming fresh stay.

Clean and excellent breakfast…

However, I will say that while they have amenities and accommodations for handicapped guests, the beds in the rooms were still too high for even my mother to sleep comfortably.

Overall this was a beautiful property and falls within the typical Embassy Suites format. The only negatives, if you will, was the cost to park ($60 per day) and now they're serving breakfast on paper plates instead of stoneware. It may sound like a small change, however, have you tried placing food on the thin paper plate only to see your items buckle, slide and in some cases, come crashing to the floor? Other than that all else was outstanding. Will stay again regardless of the 2 issues above.

breakfast needed more staff while our stayed, but other than that the place is is great i would definitely would stay there again.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The valet staff was friendly and welcoming, and Patrick at the front desk provided outstanding service that made check-in smooth and enjoyable. Our suite was absolutely gorgeous—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The only minor issue was that the phone in the room didn't work, but it wasn't a big concern for us. The breakfast was amazing with great variety and quality. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we look forward to coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent stay. Our room was very clean (Including the rugs). Front desk was efficient amd friendly. Only negative is a $60 per day charge for my vehicle to just sit parked the entire stay. Otherwise, very conveniently located and great stay.

Breakfast and evening reception were great, friendly helpful staff, close to the World Cup game and major downtown attractions.

I took my nieces to Atlanta to go to the aquarium. We stayed in this hotel for its proximity to aquarium. Hotel was great. Great gift shop. Great breakfast. Amazing pool. Amazing staff. We were there during the world cup. Crazy times. Lots of people. Lots of parties. This kids loved it. We were also only one block from the aquarium. Lots of restaurants close by. Johnny rockets, chikfilet, max's coal oven pizza, subway, and great American cookie factory. There is also a ice cream shop next to Great American cookie. The pool is a rooftop pool on the second floor. Large pool and lots of seating. Small gym, but gym and vacation just don't go together for me. Because of the world cup, lift and uber were crazy in their allowable pick up areas. Staff helped us get a taxi. Our driver was the bomb!! The only thing I didn't really like about the hotel was the DOUBLE beds in rooms, not queen size. The fold out couch was bigger !! All in all this hotel is amazing. If we ever go back, we will definitely stay there again.

Great location and staff.
-
Fantastic location for world cup . Staff were superb and hotel had so many small but thoughtful gestures that made our stay great. Jeremay at the front desk was super super helpful. Would highly recommend this place
-
Staff is amazing the valet not so much.
-
The hotel was ok. Took a while to check in. The only thing that floored me was the cost for parking which was $60 a day.
-
The people at front desk were so nice I felt safe and had an amazing time thank you guys!
-
Excellent hotel. Clean rooms and all public areas as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room, good breakfast.

Attending for a World Cup match. Very busy, but staff along all lines of operations (valet, check in, housekeeping, gift store, etc) were friendly and efficient. Location to stadium, Fanfest, Centennial Park, College Football Hall of Fame, was great. Breakfast lines long and we had to use flimsy paper plates, but only because of capacity.
