Element by Marriott Atlanta Midtown

With the air conditioning on and running all night sounded like a vacuum was running in the hallway while I was trying to sleep ..upon.Checking in at midnight.There was no one at the front desk and had to make a phone call.In order for them to let me in and was not guided to the second floor to reservation.Desk had to stand at front desk till I had to call them again to tell me to go to the second floor. Iron had a chip in it. So I snagged both pair of my pants after telling them the first night to replace it. And they did not. The bathroom vanity light and outlet went out on the morning.I had to actually use my makeup and curling iron. My room was not supplied with clean towels on my second day .nor was my coffee or anything else restocked. And upon leaving, I got a knock on my door with the do not disturb sign on it.At ten a m in the morning. Was not impressed and location was hard to get to with uber and pickups.0

Very convenient and close MARTA station. Staff were awesome and willing to assist, as well providing local information.

Exceptional

Noticed a lot of repeat guests, which is a good sign. There is a nightly $45 parking charge and if something is going on at the Fox the parking deck gets busy. Overall a nice stay. Would visit again.

Great stay!

We love that the hotel is right across from the Fox theater. We were able to walk to watch beauty and the beast and then walk right back to the hotel at the end of the night. It was very clean and employees were very helpful. The restaurant on site was also good.

Breakfast options not great, but plenty of coffee shops and places to get brunch close by.

I was charged for internet and should not have been. Noisy ventilation beyond a normal expectation. Not impressed enough by this Atlanta property to stay again.

Room was really clean. Staff was good only in the breakfast they can add fresh omelette.

Toilet seat wobbled. No water given to us at check-in. Probably won’t stay there again.

Clean and spacious room The parking was scary and check in staff (and it was not busy at the time) talked so fast we couldn’t understand. We’ve never stayed there before so we were confused about which elevators to take for parking vs guest rooms. She was very rush rush.
