And it even smelled clean. Not some deodorizer scents to cover up smells. It just smelled like its kept clean. It was also quiet. It was pretty full based on the number of guests in the public areas and parking lot but I heard very little outside or inside noise. The only complaint I had was that 1 elevator was out of order and the only remaining elevator was flakey (would skip floors or not open the doors) and it was also used by the staff so at busy times it was difficult to get an elevator (with space). I did subtract one maintenance star for that in my review. Judging by the excellent upkeep on the rest of the property, I suspect this problem will be corrected quickly. A+ job to the management and staff from someone not easily impressed.

The rooms were spacious, everything was clean and well-maintained… And there was plenty of parking and it was close to the Biltmore. We will definitely stay again…

Overall, the Courtyard was a fine place to stay. The only issue is that they currently have only one working elevator which caused some delays in navigating the property. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon.

A/C was good. Bed was a bit unsupportive (room 505). Shower was strange - lacked a door, overspray became a bit messy. Very clean room, halls, stairwell. No "hotel smell" anywhere. One of 2 elevators was not working the 5 days we were there., making it a bit inconvenient.

The grounds were lovely Not enough towels and I a m very much into saving the planet but one towel a peice not enough

It was a nice stay. Beds were comfortable! Rooms clean. Breakfast was simple but was ok. Very close to restaurants and breweries. Would recommend and would stay again!

Clean room, great location and super friendly staff.

We recently traveled through on our way to HHI. We arrived very late but the staff was ready for us. Our room was perfect for me, my wife and our children. Room was very clean and we had a great stay. Breakfast was also delicious and well prepared.

Conveniently located to Biltmore Estate and downtown area.

One elevator was being repaired so a bit slow getting down to lobby.

Nothing particularly special about it, was clean and comfortable.

This property appears brand new. The bathroom had all new, unique features. The bed and the pillow assortment were very comfortable. Great location for Biltmore.
