They now charge for breakfast. Won’t be staying here again.

The facility was clean and smelled better than most hotels. The breakfast should’ve been complimentary due to the price of the rooms.

Poor knowledgable staff, could not help with providing answers to reason why i have been denied my stay. I was having plumbing issues at the house and was told that i could not stay even though my room had been booked and paid for because i was a local and if it is not an emergency, then i will be denied.

Great hotel stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had complimentary coffee and breakfast. We were traveling a long way and were thankful for a very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again when in town.

Clan room and comfortable bed. Nice shower and clean towels. Fridge to keep drinks cool for long road trip.

Pillows were musky, old phones with outdated charging options. Room was not maintained and had broken accessories. Floors, baseboards, legs of chairs, basically anything not surface level was extremely dusty. Bathrooms were visibly not scrubbed sadly had stained surfaces and towels.

I was charged once by Expedia and again by the hotel for our stay. The hotel is trying to resolve this but i have yet to receive the credit.

Not the hotel problem but too much street construction in area.

The location was good, but the cost was a bit high. The room was OK a little bit rundown but relatively clean. The shower was not great. They should work on that.

It was very nice and clean. Nothing everything was very updated and clean

Breakfast was basic, eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, bagel. Satisfactory Bacon was fatty and limp. Could have had more breakfast items.

Exceptional

The walls were quite thin, we could hear a baby crying throughout the night. There was a slow drain in the bathroom, created standing water. There were hairs of someone else on the bathroom floor. The two staff when I checked in were not friendly, they were odd. I would not stay again.

Very nice and beautiful. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is that in all my looking on the listing it did not say the amount for the pet fee was $75 which was almost as much as I paid for the room along with the $50 deposit making the amount I was expecting to pay much higher than budgeted. Staff was very kind and gave us free breakfast with it for the surprise. Recommend having that information included in the listing so others can plan better for their trips.

Clean, like new. Spacious rooms, and convenient area. Weak water pressure in the shower and confusing TV. Would book again without hesitation if price was right
