Dirty and not worth the price, smaller than expected, noisy

I only booked because it was new years eve last minute and didn’t want to spend a fortune for one night. If you want a quick night stay in a super small budget clean hotel with a great location in a hopping area this is your place. The room was quiet, and clean Just old and tired.

Really small not like the pictures. customer service is rude, not properly trained. Room is incredibly small. Cashier doesn’t speak English AT ALL.

It’s a great value for the location. Rooms are extremely small but I don’t mind since I was aware of this. Bathroom was huge and remodeled so that was a plus! Also came with a mini fridge with a small freezer compartment. The AC was powerful! We needed it for the cruel hot and humid summer. Having an elevator is also a plus for me since not all places in Japan have elevators. I also did not hear noises from neighboring rooms.

Basic necessities provided, great location close to everything, but definitely on the red light district. The area isn't dangerous or anything, but just be aware in case it's not your thing. The bed was super hard, but after walking all day, we passed out. Definitely could use better pillows though:)

The view through the window to the small old shinto shrine on the top of the neighbouring building was very nice! And the ofuro bath was really comfortable. Smelly smoking room.

It is near to the Ikebukuro station and that is the only good thing it has. Not cleaned well. Bed had too many dirt and hairs. Floor had used toothbrush. Didn’t had enough amenities for two people. Only bath towel provided no face towel nor bad mat. Front desk not very friendly i think he was chinese or korean he didn’t even care about guests.

location Staff cannot speak english and no body is there in the evening to assist . Only you have to travel you can travel in morning or afternoon otherwise it will be ghost who will assist you on reception after 12

Great location and room complete with everything you could need. The room smelt stale and we discovered there was mould on the ceiling and in the corners. The room was also too small for two people and two suitcases.

It was hard to get to the entrance but we managed to find it. We can’t complain much about the cleanness because it was a cheap hotel but we were surprised about it since Japan holds high standards for everything.

I guess it's a Japan thing - the room was very small. Don't expect a closet to hang your things, have to keep things in your suitcase. BUT! it's the same in every other business hotel I went to, so it's not out of ordinary in Japan.

The only thing that was good was the internet. Better than in many higher grade hotels. Room was dirty, so small, I had no space to put my suitcase, so it was placed on a bed the whole time. Wallpapers peeling from the walls, toilet so small, impossible to sit on unless you are 5 feet tall. Terrible accomodation!

The location is very strategic and in the center city. Really close to the MRT station. The price is cheap and equal with the room facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful The staff counter for check in is very small.. the room is quite small with the separate bathroom and toilet room. It would be difficult to set if you bring the standard luggage. Mentioned to the staff earlier if you wanna request a nonsmoking room.

no the air conditioner emit a very disgusting smell, and has a musty smell in the room; the facilities and old and hard to find, very terrible and unforgottable experience i had never experienced
