Residence Inn by Marriott Tampa Westshore/Airport

On this holiday stay at this hotel I was completely satisfied. The staff members of Tony, Lee and Nancy provided excellent customer service and went out of their way to honor several requests. We really appreciate that and I suggest other travelers to stay either for a short or long stay.

My experience was great .

Everything was wonderful. Comfy bed, cute Juliet balcony (although wished I was on a higher floor as my partial view of the pool and endless noise from the exhaust vents was a bit annoying). Breakfast was different every day with a nice selection (it would have been nice to see some variety of fresh fruit fruits aside from the standard orange and green bananas). Staff couldn’t have been more lovely or helpful and I would stay again just to see their pleasant smiles and willingness to help at every turn. Pool was small but perfectly suited to the size of the hotel. If I were there under different circumstances I likely would have availed myself of the nice addition of a bbq grill. My mother passed away and I needed to be near the airport and the hospital and could not have been more comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The location is great. Easy to access all areas of Tampa location offers many great restaurants to choose from under 1 mile. The staff was above and beyond. Thank you to Jake and Glacy for being so friendly and helpful also Michael and Nancy too. I stayed for 2 weeks after surgery. Could not recommend enough. Close to grocery stores, mall, doctor etc. made our like so easy while recovering

Nice area close to the mall, quiet also clean The front office was not really friendly felt like we were getting judged. Also he was nice to the person in front of us told about breakfast where the pool was located when it came to us he didn’t explain anything. Didn’t tell total price also check out time

Great stay but they gave a room that had construction around it. My husband had to speak to the assistant manager Mike the next day in order to move us and he was great

The property was well maintained. The breakfast area was very well kept. Although, there was a productive padding on the floors the hotel was very neat and clean. I would stay at the location again. I was charged for a parking pass for a 2nd vehicle. The room had 2 rooms and I believe Iisted 2 adults would be staying. Also, the website did not list that there were ongoing renovations.

The floors in the room were disgusting. When I said it to the front desk on the day we checked in, they told me the room would be cleaned 2 days in to our stay. When housekeeping came, they made the bed and brought fresh towels and still didn’t clean the floor. The hotel was also under renovations which wasn’t mentioned on the site. Very disappointed by the hotel cleanliness and wouldn’t recommend if you have young kids
