No hot water my entire trip and restaurants inside the park were closed during my stay.

The first floor of the villas are older. My room was a little rough. Took forever for the room to cool off. I’m not a big person at all and when I laid down in the bed, it felt like the top of the mattress touched the bottom. No WiFi and the TV was just static no matter what button I pushed. The pool smells of straight chemicals as soon as you walk out into the area. I planned on staying two nights but left early the first morning.

The pool area needs someone to pay more attention to it.

The room was not thoroughly clean. There was some trash on the floor. Bathrooms are outdated some rust on the fixtures typical hotel that was probably once nice but is going downhill. There was no bottled water on the entire property and no place to fill a water bottle.
-
It is a nice property inside Stone Mountain, the only downside was the housekeeping service was slow and didn’t come by the room daily.
-
Beautiful property right in the park. My grandson fished steps from the hotel.

Good pool, clean room We stood in line for 30 minutes to check in. Shuttle was very unreliable and unorganized. Restaurant choices lacked variety.

When we arrived, the hot water was out, and we only had lukewarm for the next two days. The restaurant took forever to get an order, then there were no condiments nor sugar for tea and coffee. While we were there, people were stuck on elevators, while staff did nothing. One of our visiting group, a retired firefighter, got the fire department involved to rescue those trapped. I had stayed there once before, several years ago, and they lost power to elevators. Moved out of upper rooms with no light at midnight in our formals and heels after our event. Wouldn't recommend this property in spite of its beautiful location!!

Other than that we did have a great time .

The resort rooms were never cleaned, dirty laundry in the halls, air conditioners and refrigerators would cut off randomly. Ruined food and the room was hot. The service was horrible and the prices were ridiculous. The pool was very dirty. The front desk staff was rude and all the staff kept saying it was because they were recently bought out. The resort has potential but has a long way to go.

The disappointment started as soon as I checked in. There were three employees around the desk but none of them willing to help me. One was also cussing on the phone to somebody else on the property. When I finally was helped the person was very rude and it was a bad first impression. The rooms were clean but even with the thermostat set to 65 it was about 80° in the room. It was hard to sleep because we were absolutely miserable and we weren't the only ones. Spoke with numerous people who were on the elevator and they all had the same problem. The hallways were cold but the rooms were hot.
-
Room was clean but air conditioning didn’t work. Very long walk from parking lot to room. Additional hidden charges to room added at checkin.
-
Freezing cold showers, amenities missing from the rooms, no room phones, only 2 restaurants with the same exact menu. To be as full as it is it was understaffed and someone also got stuck in the elevator for over an hour. Last night there was an entire party next door screaming until 5:30 in the morning and though we called they did nothing about it.
