The room was nice and fresh and very clean. The staff had excellent customer service. The breakfast was ok there was no really nothing I could eat I wanted grits at the least. The parking was perfect.

First of all all staff members were awesome made me feel like I never wanted to leave!! Room was clean and comfortable didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool and exercise room but will next time

Property was nice. Very disappointed in breakfast food offering (no fruit, no sausage/bacon, no waffle mix. ) Room thermostat control not working accurately, but managed around it.

I stay there a lot. The check-in was too long. The mattress needs to be thrown out! I had some type of bites on my leg. I got no sleep the night before check out.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The room was beautiful and clean. The curtains would not die so we had a light in our room all night and the hallways were a little noise, but we were very much impressed with the cleanliness of the room the style the decorating and the hospitality of the staff

Very clean room. Sink stopper needed repairs. Nice shower but hard to adjust water temperature. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was limited, basically a croissant sandwich and scrambled eggs. Parking is plentiful and close to the hotel. Next door is a McDonald’s. Very convenient.

Honestly was a smooth experience both checking in and checking out. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would easily stay here again.

Grounds had trash everywhere. Staffing was just OK except for breakfast person who was sort of rude when we were trying to get a cup of coffee before hitting the road...It was 6:58 and breakfast was not till 7AM we were told.

The room I booked was large enough to accommodate the many packages I brought with me. I stayed several days and never felt rushed out of my room for daily cleaning. The front desk was very observant about the customers and always made you feel at home.
