Everything was amazing! But the elevators were so small and only had two. Which would force you to squeeze in with a bunch of people.
-
Very clean and comfortable room. Staff are efficient, polite and helpful! I would recommend this as a very nice place to stay

Clean room and amenities. Helpful and nice staff. Good breakfast and restaurant next to it! I’d definitely stay at the same place again. They also have a big and well kept pet relief area.

I enjoyed my stay!

We really enjoyed the room layout and included breakfast. We did not like the fact that our toilet was not cleaned well and that the television did not work. We did not like the option of moving to another room with a working television but that had not and would not be cleaned.

We needed a pet friendly stay on a road trip to see family. We stayed 2 nights, coming and going. Friendly staff. The hotel itself seems pretty new and is well appointed with a business center and gym. The included breakfast was in their attached restaurant, which looked cool for a cocktail. The free parking is a huge plus. The location is right on a busy highway, but the noise was okay. Close to lots of options for mostly fast food. We walked our dog at the Sparks Marina down the street which was really nice. There were no amenities in the bathroom - there is a card saying you can request them. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have some body lotion or a shower cap and more than 2 shower towels without asking. The hotel pulls up as "pet friendly" but I would say it's more "pets barely tolerated". There are signs around the property saying dogs can't go here and there. You can walk your dog in the front grass area between the parking lot and the busy street. You sign a contract at check-in saying you won't leave your dog alone in the room - so one of us would go grab breakfast and bring it back to the room and then the other would go. There is a pretty outdoor courtyard with grass, but you also sign that you won't take your dog there. I get that there are irresponsible dog owners who have created the situation with past behavior but it was still a bummer.

Wi-Fi was not working while we stayed

Beds and each bed had 6 pillows. Very clean room, staff was friendly and helpful but mostly room was very quiet! Nothing
-
Great location It was difficult to find a parking spot. The breakfast was not good.
-
The bed was comfortable was clean, but had an unpleasant odor. Nice shower. No frills. No shower cap, etc. Inconsistent towel quality. Not sure why it was a BW plus, as the room was spartan and the hotel seemed understaffed.

Restaurant next to the hotel...

I'd love to see more hours for the pool and hot tub since the fitness is 24/7. They could use better air filtration for rooms and hallways so the pet smell isn't like walking in a dog pound or pet store. Some staff are either new or not trained and could use a mentor who they get answers from before providing the wrong answers to guests.

The room, smelling like pets wasn't nearly as bad as the hallway. We used our own spray to remove the smell. It's strange that the 1st two days you entered the building it's beautiful until you get off the elevator to the room floor. I would expect the same details of cleaning throughout using the same cleaning supplies. The only other areas of concern are the shower you need to be in in order to turn on so you freeze or burn yourself because of the door set-up or the large hot tub that could have used more jets back and ankle height for the travler. The staff were great.

Check in was a nightmare. They couldn’t find my second room that I had reserved. Didn’t want my confirmation numbers that I had, wouldn’t just give us a second room, then after almost a half hour, they finally “found” it. Then, they were “sold out” and couldn’t put us anywhere near each other.
