Perfect location, super clean, great view and easily accessible

I was visiting with my adult son. We did not always have the same schedule. Despite a request for 2 sets of keys we were only provided with one set of keys which made it difficult for us with different schedules. Once the room was locked you could not leave the room without a key. This presented a safety issue for me.

Noisy area. 76 stairs to climb to get to room because elevator was extremely slow. Being notified of total visitor tax bill due in cash on the last day.

The room was big with great views. The location was exceptional! You couldn't have a better location, in the middle of the city centre with shops and restaurants, everything was so close. I loved it! The room was nicely decorated, shower was good and hot. You could hear sometimes a bit of the noise from the people near door and from outside but that didn't bother me at all. Just after 9AM there was someone ready to clean my room. There was a fridge, kettle, plug adapter, wine bottle opener so everything you wanted apart from cutlery. There was selft checkin and self checkout with easy to follow instructions. The room was on the 4th floor so I had great views. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to everyone.

Location was great. Right in the centre but only 10 minutes walk to the station. It was a little noisy on an evening due to the central location. So pros and cons of this. The room was basic, but had everything I needed for my stay.

Best location right in the old town. I liked the view of the rooftops from the window.

I loved being so high up off the streets, very nice to look over the rooftops and watch the busy streets below with total privacy. The electrical outlet under the tv was unreliable, the kettle was not clean and I had to move the whole set to the bathroom to use safety.
