There was no hair dryer in my room . Mini fridger, ironing, microwave and coffee maker was.

Free parking extremely helpful. Very central location.

The room was clean but worn out furniture and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Smelled a bit weird.

Quiet, clean. Not fancy but very comfortable bed and air conditioning unit.

Great location, parking & close to a Trader Joes. Has an elevator which was nice for our heavy bags. The linens were clean. The room seemed clean. Well, it may be no smoking now but it hasn’t been for long… my allergies were not happy. Reserved a room for three but only had towels and washcloths for two. The carpet was loose between the beds causing a middle of the night toilet room stumble. The beds are really really firm - if you like ultra firm beds this place is for you. The owner was a bit short at check-in when I could not hear him as he talked from behind the wall of his desk and seemed irritated when I informed him I am hard of hearing.

2 minor complaints; the room keys were easily de-magnetized if you put them next to any electronics (in your pocket next to your phone). Also, the shower would get really hot randomly, so you needed to constantly adjust.

Well maintained rooms and very clean. The parking may be not sufficient for all guests. However, I used Uber or waymo when I need to go out. My car was parked in the space without any issue.

Location was great! The toilet was extremely loud every time you flushed it and the shower sounded like it was going to fall through the floor; it was extremely creaky.

First off we reserved a hotel with different pictures on hotels.com that was not the Symphony Inn. The lights that light up the parking lot right in front of all windows it’s so bright that we had to pile clothes along the air conditioner to sleep at night. The beds were ok for comfort but we had the do not disturb sign up and when we came back to our room the sign was broken and on the inside of our room due to putting new locks on doors. When asked the front desk said don’t worry the manager was with them the whole time. When I asked if it was safe there at night the young lady told me she wasn’t that sure she just started. That is our experience

The location is great, you can't beat it. The staff is very nice, and it has your basic necessities. It's too basic for the price. The key cards keep deactivating. There are no amenities, for example, a water dispenser.

A fair priced hotel. The service could be better, but overall its a good hotel
