SureStay by Best Western San Francisco Marina District

It is very close to all the best restaurants in the marina district. However, the property is old and very run down. It has been remodeled but many things are rusty or broken. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was great. The front desk staff was very hit and miss.

Nice location. Public transportation can get you everywhere. Noise by guests at 3 AM and not very soundproof. Also blackout curtains need to be longer especiallyif they have lights on all night. Parking is tighter than tight. Holes in wall and rod for shower curtain looked like it was about to fall off. One towel had a stain so we did not use. Toilet seat needed to be tightened.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated having both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore San Francisco. We also found the parking very convenient. Our child especially loved the waffles served at breakfast. The only downside was the noise from the hallway during the night. Guests were frequently walking around, talking loudly, laughing, and shouting, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Better soundproofing would greatly improve the overall experience.

It was clean, quiet and a good location for where I needed to be. Good value especially when there is a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

The breakfast was a pass.

Clean sheets and towels every day. Kitchen was not super clean. Breakfast did not have any eggs or meat.

The room smells like urine when we got in. The toilet flash is loose.

the cleaning ladies came the third day to the room took out the towels and didnt replaced them. Next mornng I had to go out in my Pj to ask them for towels. I have not receive the USD100 deposit back in my account.

Great location. Some wear is normal but this has been neglected. Beware the design of the hotel makes for a lot of noise. The rooms all open to a tiled hall, every sound echoes from both floors. Staff was great, breakfast was adequate. The neighborhood is outstanding. Great nightlife, shops restaurants!

traveled with my partner, rooms are much smaller than in the pictures, but it’s clean and comfortable if you want to walk around and see the city, breakfast is not good there’s only cereal,waffle and cheap snacks so we never ate there

Easy to access The front door was abit faulty when closing —pulling really hard to ensure it was closed or shoving it hard from the inside to close. The bathroom floor around the tub seemed to have mold/ black matter on them —humid in bathroom I’m sure but still needed more attention when cleaning.
