Room was clean and beautiful

The staff was super helpful

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. However, bathroom sink was not properly working/clearing after use. Part of the bathroom lights did not work. Bathroom was dirty/found hair before I started to use. Front lobby smells funky. Just not what I expected from Westgate San Diego.

The location was perfect near other places but not too close to the real busy restaurant row. Breakfast was excellent. The bar could have been open longer as when returning from the concert at 10 I would have liked to have had a drink and also room service closing at 10 would be better at 11pm. You do not any small foods you can buy other than snacks if hungry.

Very close to the San Diego convention center (I was there for a graduation). The valet could use some help though. The process was confusing for check out and when I went to pick up my car. The valet at the time were rude saying I should have been given a ticket to pick up my car, but I was never given a ticket dying valet check in. I may not be back even though I used to brag to everyone about this hotel and amenities

We had a wonderful stay at the Westgate Hotel. Although our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They graciously allowed us access to the pool while we waited, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The pool area is absolutely incredible—easily our favorite hotel pool experience. It felt like a resort oasis and was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the day. If you're staying here, the pool is truly a must-see. To top it off, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine for the inconvenience of the delayed room. That thoughtful gesture really demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction and hospitality. The staff was professional, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. We left feeling appreciated and well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Westgate Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience.

The property is absolutely beautiful! It had a lovely ambience with its own bar. The staff are so friendly and welcoming as well. There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

This hotel is clean and well maintained. It's not too far from restaurants, bars, and petco park. The staff were amazing! Joe was particularly helpful from parking to telling us about the history of the hotel and taking photographs of us. I would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing.
