Checked in for one night me and my boyfriend. Absolutely no complaints. Smooth check-in. Clean room, amazing vibes. Shout out to Taylor. She was extremely helpful. Amazing customer service. We were there just for one night and can’t wait to go back for a full weekend. If you’re thinking about booking this hotel do it.😊

This is my happy place. Fun, young, hip, friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are a little small if I had to pick something and there's no fridge but I love this place

Lobby was cool and most staff (not housekeeping) was very nice and helpful Housekeeping never came to clean. No closet. No fridge. Shower smelled. Noisy due to location. Doors were very heavy. Vallet was overpriced. Rooms were entirely too small. They spent too much money on the lobby and not enough in the rooms.

Stayed here for 4 nights and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I understand Moxy is meant to be more casual and compact, but the rooms felt old and not well maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, there was barely any closet or storage space, and no complimentary water in the room. Housekeeping only cleaned the room once during my entire stay, and I had to call and request it myself. Overall, the hotel feels overdue for updates and better service standards.
