Fantastic hotel, Fantastic atmosphere. Love that the hotel was originally a bank built in 1928. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived quickly and was quite delicious. Valet staff was also very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again.

Vallet: incredibly slow. Specially on Sunday mornings. I paid $70 for a vallet & waited 30 min to get my car. Room service: Ordered 2coffees & 2 orange juices 8:15 am & didn’t get it till 9:05 had to leave the room. Will never stop at this location.

Good location, beautiful building. Very limited food options. A hotel of this caliber should have pool and spa--this one did not.

It’s a beautiful hotel staff is polite properties very clean maintain. Only problem I had was that there was not garage parking at the hotel. You have the option of paying $70 for valet parking or finding a parking garage nearby and paying that. Only other complaint I have was the Wi-Fi was down during my stay. It worked have been nice to get a discount due to that inconvenience.

Loved this place…..rooms were spacious and clean. The historic building was unique……the meeting room you had to enter through an 8 foot diameter vault doorway was impressive!!!!!!

Our stay was relaxing. The on-site bar and restaurant was nice and convenient. The hotel is near to many restaurants and bars. We were able to walk to the Padres game very easily.
