perfect place for us with the four am shuttle to sfo

The neighbourhood is excellent. Great food options very close to place. Shuttle was easy enough leaving hotel. Had fraud attempt on my card when I made this booking (used PayPal in the end). It was only with this booking specifically so can isolate it to them not booking.com. No communication when I asked about late check out. Once at hotel I still couldn’t arrange. Then went back to counter & showed them that there were several rooms available the next day. Ended up booking whole extra night & couldn’t use cheaper online price & had book direct cos reception guy couldn’t guarantee I could have the same room still. Ridiculous. I don’t mind paying for what I use but resent being ripped off!

Stairway carpet needs replacing.

The rooms were very clean and looked newly renovated. The staff was very accommodating to our needs during our stay. The beds were comfortable although the pillows were a bit thin and small. All in all a great stay for the location and price would definitely consider staying here again in future travels.

Room was large and comfortable. Nice and quiet. Great location. Bathtub/shower needed a good scrubbing.

I was charged for the room the day before I arrived. I haven’t had this happen before so I called and they said that’s their policy. Other hotels have been charging at check in whether you have passed the cancellation cut off or not. Then, upon arrival to the room, it was hot. Competitive and comparative hotels (some less cost) have the room cooled already and I’m now just used to it. Then after needing to use the bathroom in the room after traveling all day, the bathroom door had massive black public hairs (multiple) from maybe a dirty rag or sponge. Such a turn off but it was the end of my trip and only had 3 hours to sleep before flying out the next day and bit the bullet. The bathroom vent was open and the front door latch was broken. I would not stay here again.

Our room seems to have been updated somewhat. But going to the room is a bit scary - the hallway really nasty!

Clean, comfortable, no frills but hotel was within minutes of SFO and airport shuttle was on time

Nice, quiet, clean, comfortable. Great location! Food nearby. Less than 5 miles to the Airport. Bathtub/shower could use a little extra scrub power. No continental breakfast.

Not too far from airport, handy shuttle, large room, comfortable beds Foyer could be brightened up as first impression.

Needs major update. Also very difficult to find entrance to hotel. Not much good signage. Fitness center is very limited and not open until 8am. Room was fine. Bathroom trim needs repair. Front desk had trouble finding the first aid kit.
