La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Downtown

This hotel was exactly as advertised. 4.3* - solid A. Great location, too.

Excellent service, clean room , the staff was amazing, breakfast they have a lot of varieties , and is near to a lot of the best places , easy acces for go to anywhere

We did have a minor issue - first, their TV system did not carry the SPURS BB game - and our TV did not work properly - took staff several trips to make TV work - but they did fix it!!! Our review of this hotel is rating of 10!!!

Very convenient and clean.

Only issue was I missed some of the ufc freedom 250 because the WiFi settings would only allow us to use Netflix and YouTube. Very nice clean hotel good breakfast. Pool doesn’t open until 12pm which is checkout

Good location to King William and San Fernando Cathedral. On the south side, couple of blocks walk to the parades for Fiesta. Next door to the HEB corporate headquarters and a neighborhood store. Breakfast, free parking.

When we came into our room, our mini fridge was open. We closed and didn’t think anything of it. About the 2nd day after putting our slushies and our left over dinner in there, we realized our fridge was also unplugged. It was a little disappointing to have our things go to waste. Other than that, the staff was amazing and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the property felt safe. I also enjoyed the free parking as other hotels in that area would charge us daily parking fees!

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Decor was nice. Noise level was great. The bathroom tub was stained so it never looked clean. There was hair around my bathroom tub. I got it cleaned again and she still didn't clean the perimeter. There was hair on the toilet seat cover. The shower water pressure was awful. I could barely rinse well. The bathroom was the worst part. Staff didn't comp me for the tub. The tub stopper was unscrewed. The inside of the toilet never looked clean either, even when I got it cleaned again. No option for a bath. Front desk staff told me we had to leave while bathroom was recleaned the next morning. So we had to get out of bed before we were ready. However, housekeeping staff let us stay in our room.
