This was a business trip layover. I have stayed here before and decide must give kudos to the amazing staff. Front desk, Julia at the bar… everyone was amazing. Internet was perfect, food and drinks accessible and I even was granted a late check out. It all felt easy. I was able to conduct my business within a space of calm. Love it here! Perfect for staycations as well.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clesn. The resteraunt only opened once during my stay. The food at the bar was not good. My coffee bar in the room was not restocked on my 3rd day and there really should be a coffee bar in the lobby. This was a Hilton, I was disappointed.

Parking not too bad it was only $16 per night per car

The rooms are nice and clean I don’t like that we have to pay for parking when it’s not even parking for guest or a designated area. It is always full and they don’t protect from theft. Absolutely ridiculous!

There was an issue with our room and they were very responsive and quick to us back to comfort. In our first room one of the covers seem stained and ac wasnt working, but they quickly moved me to another room.

It was a clean but rather average hotel. Not what I would expect from a Hilton. No bathrobes, only one rather hard chair, no entry light so you had to enter the room in the dark. Only three drawers and one towel rack.

Your alarm going off at all hours of the night showed me EXACLTY what this place is about Your “ false alarms” I get once or twice but over 5 times in a 2 day trip?!

Ice Machine broken. Jacuzzi broken for months not reported until confirmation. Mattress need replacement. Fire alarm went off at 11pm and 6am. On 4th floor walking downstairs. Front desk stated Guest pulled alarm. Not able to rest properly. Area surrounded by displace people. This experience was utterly awful! Didn't live up to Hilton Brand Standard's.
