Very helpful staff, arranged the airport shuttle when we returned our hire car. Near to downtown, midtown and Old Town via taxi/uber. Clean rooms, made up when requested. Lovely place to relax and chill by the pool for us before we headed to Las Vegas. Plenty of parking, can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t get up for it.

I had to book a last minute stay in Sacramento due to a train stoppage, and what a pleasant surprise! Governor’s Inn is lovely. Very pretty lobby with lots of seating and free coffee and snacks. They even have a water dispenser! Large rooms, very comfy beds, nice bathroom set up with large sink space, full closet. There’s a wall closet between the sleeping area and the bathroom, so very private from the indoor hallway. Carpet was pretty and immaculately clean. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker worked and tv also. 10!! There’s a McDs right outside as well.

Breakfast attendant and airport shuttle drivers were nice, friendly, and helpful. Front staff were indifferent. No warmth in their interaction with the customer.

Front desk person is not welcoming. Ground floor smell awful. Bed are too high! Breakfast is not good - all sweet stuff. I’m not going back to this hotel.

Clean room, secure site, helpful and communicative staff. Expansive offerings for Breakfast. Loved the coffee machine! Parking in the back was a bit sketchy but everything was fine so that may simply be a lack of lighting and visible presence of security

Great location and check in was easy and fast, rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent too.

The room and hotel interior were OK - basic and clean - but could definitely use a refresh. Only one staff at the front, so check-in took a while. Room was quiet, but A/C was too loud to run at night and bathroom fan wasn’t working. Breakfast was complimentary, but no good options.
