Location was great especially for anything Winthrop related! Beds were comfy, good food in walking distance, and staff was nice. N/a

The location to the sports complex was excellent! Very convenient. Staff were friendly. The skybar staff were great! They were very accommodating and friendly. The bathroom should have been clean. We did not shower because of the pubic hair on the shower floor, hair on the shower wall, and overall appearance of the shower and bathroom. There was urine on the toilet and pubic hair on the floor near the toilet. Not that we would have used them, but the shampoo and body wash were not refilled even if we wanted to. The room was not as bad, but was also not as clean as it should have been. There was dirt behind the barn door and the floor was overall not clean. The bathroom barn door would not lock. Luckily we were a family and know boundaries. We stayed here as the images online made it look like this would be a nice venue to stay in for this sporting event. It was very convenient but needs to be cleaned. It was NOT worth the 200+ we paid to stay there for a night.

Great location, comfortable bed. Upon arrival room was dirty. Housekeeping only available upon request and even then they didn’t turn up. Despite being a new hotel, everything felt a bit tatty. I’ve stayed in better hotels for far less money.

Did not get to experience the breakfast I left to early My room was very clean but it was a handicap room felt a little bad using it thinking I was taking away from a disability person.

None of the ice machines worked in the building!! They have 3! All 3 not working ! Restroom in lobby is not maintained or cleaned. Staff was ok however not professional. Twice when speaking to them the person had to stop the movie on their phone after I started speaking to them. Meaning. I had to start my conversation over. I will not stay again. I paid tooo much money for such poor service an upkeep.

The only exceptions to a perfect stay being the towels and the lack of a microwave in the room. The towels are not soft but very stiff And the lack of a microwave is inconvenient. The breakfast bar is not included with the room rate and the price is too high.

There was no complimentary breakfast, drinks, or snack. There was also no microwave in the rooms.

Breakfast did not offer enough selections. Just eggs and meat with potatoes or grits. No oatmeal, waffles, etc. The bed was uncomfortable and moved on its platform.

My stay here is always a pleasant one, and the staff is very friendly.

Very clean Too expensive- $326 / line + $100 refundable deposit…. That’s $426 at one time for a one night stay
