So everything was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful it was genuinely amazing. Breakfast was good and only crowded on the weekend and tbe kitchenette was a life saver. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my room (presumably all rooms) facing the pool had absolutely no sound proofing on the window. So even on the 4th floor we were subjected to screaming and shouting kids from about 2 pm to 10 pm when the pool closed, plus some extra time when the sat at the fire pit. Despite this i would stay here again.

This was a very noisy place. The freeway sits right next to the place. The AC/heater unit sits inside the room, and the space is open to the outside so you hear the freeway noise right inside your room! We had to leave the place after the first night.

Some furniture is broken, refrigerator handles are missing, and some parts need repair. The breakfast was cheap without sausages, ham, or potatoes.

Everything from the opportunity to have and proceed to an early check-in, to the pleasantries shared from the front desk staff to the maintenence upkeep from the housekeeping staff. Wish the breakfast time could be extended by 1 hour from 6am to 10 am instead of 9 am, The great and extensive amount of food to choose from makes you have to get up early to enjoy the wonderful breakfast buffet.

This was the perfect place to stay. Very nice hotel and convenient spot to more around the city. Beaches 20 min away.

staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of the person who was on duty at 7am on Sunday, He seemed as if we were bothering him when we attempted to ask him questions about extending our stay.
