Everything was what as I hoped for and expected. Great experiece.

Location was convenient The property was an absolute horrible condition. The rooms were outdated floors were stained walls had residue of sorts. Broken shower curtain. sliding door to the patio was hard to open. turned off the lights and it would turn off the TV as well. this was probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed. after seeing the room had I been able to find other accommodation we wouldn’t have stayed here at all

This is not worth the money in my opinion. My room stunk, the carpets were frayed and the water in the bathtub did not drain properly. There is no stopper in the bathroom sink and there were no outlets available except in the bathroom to charge my devices. The chair for the desk was gone. I booked this too quickly because I saw that it was on Hilltop drive, and I thought that was a nice area. Then I saw it had a 6.6 rating of good. That gave me pause but I kept it. My mistake but it won't happen again.

The only thing good about this place was it had air conditioning. Broken lock on patio door. Could not lock. Air conditioner falling apart with electric wires laying on floor. Coffee pot did not work. Cleaning staff banging on door before check out time. This person spoke no English.

Due to the hotel being sold out the food in the breakfast area was depleted. The only good thing was that check in process was quick and the air conditioner worked well.

Floor was badly stained Shower had mold Curtains had some type of white substance on them Just all round dirty place

Dirty rooms with roaches. Not recommended.

No tray for the coffee. Blow dryer didn't work

The property is run down and smells and dirty. Do not recommend. The photos of the front of the hotel do not look or match the rooms..

In over 50 years of travel this was the worst experience we’ve had with any hotel/motel.

bed was ok comfy good location , woman at the front desk was very nice eggs tasted like they had shasta lake water in it . there was couple roaches in the lobby , first room they gave us was being painted, they have alot of old nasty beds and junk in random storage areas visible , trashy , swim pool has some dirt and tree branches no biggy but not exactly clean , they were cleaning and early in the morning running the vacuum in the hallway and hitting the walls and room doors.

Basics were met, but the first floor is the only floor that was redone. The rest of the floors feel like the 1990s and not in a good way. the staff was great. It’s just the facilities were below standards. I really appreciate the woman that was refilling and cleaning the buffet stations.

Room smelled like cigarettes after entering. No smoking on the property allowed. Fridge was dead. Sliding back door to pool had broken handle. Some makeshift lever to lock it. The phone in the room was broken. Holes in the walls. The backyard of the hotel looked like a junkyard. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Hot tub was filled with cement. Trash all around the outside of the property. Trash outside of the rooms by the pool area. Smelled like mold/mildew when entering the hotel through the back entrance by the rooms.
