The place is SOOOO DIRTY they advertise breakfast included but they will tell you they never offer breakfast 🤔FALSE ADVERTISING

Hotel smelled bad, looked bad and was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. Waited 30 minutes to check in at 5pm as the staff went to pickup dinner. The entire hotel smelt like cigarettes and pot. The room dirty,dark and had no closet to hang clothes.

We were displaced due to a house fire. We were actually booked for the Suburban, but we were upgraded to the Clarion on the same property. I enjoyed the stay. We had a couple of kinks in the beginning but front desk made sure we were taken care of. The room could have been just a little more cleaner but the stay was comfortable. This is a hotel that I could and will frequent again in the near future. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Kudos to you guys and I love the renovations.

We didn't stay...super unsafe feeling and look here. And looks Nothing like the photo-especially at night.

I wasn't given the room I paid for! Instead of getting a king size bed, I got 2 queen beds. The bathroom was covered in bleech and ruined my clothes. The air conditioner sounded like a wood chipper and kept us up all night.

I am refuting this transaction. I was denied service, hotel did not have reservation despite me having a conformation number and a charge on my credit card. I was left with no room. I will never use Expedia again and will tell everyone I know to use another travel source

Check the room after it had been cleaned. 15 min. later a family opened the door with a card key. We Never got an apology for the inconvenience of the family walking into the room. The woman at the desk acted as if it was a job to have our key recoded.
