Great location to the Lenovo Center.

Shower wouldn't turn on and when we finally got it turned on it wouldn't turn off

Great stay, clean and quiet.... Loved the balcony with slider doors .. saved $45 parking fee by walking to the Levono Center

The pillows and bed were great. The AC worked fine. And, even though the hotel is near the hockey arena and the area is full of ongoing construction, the room was very quiet. The breakfast was better than most other hotels with that inclusive offering. I did not try the pool or workout equipment. The common area carpet could use replacing and the building could use some air freshening from the lingering smells from past smokers/tokers. I would stay there again.

Extremely comfortable beds, microwave and mini fridge in the bed rooms were a functional blessing. Pool was well maintained and enjoyable. Morning breakfast was pretty fresh, and the stuff quickly replenish things as they were alerted to the need. The rate was also fantastic! This hotel is only a mile from the large event venue, making our stay even better! Carpet and walls are dated.

The landscape was beautiful. Clean pool. Lots of outdoor seating. Convenient to Lenovo center, arboretum, art museum, and parks. 15 mins from the free downtown museums. The property was clean but slightly outdated. The room did smell like old cigarette smoke and the two air filters in the ac were filthy with only half the vent blowing air. Check in and out process was very simple. There is only one elevator that was quite a hike from our room. It was much easier to use the stairs but for our handicap mother with a cane this proved difficult and inconvenient. Breakfast was standard but lacking healthy options like a variety of fresh fruit, fresh oatmeal with healthy topping options, yogurt, or fresh juice. Rate was very fair for the area and being Summer.

I have stayed at this location, near the North Carolina fairgrounds, for many years, Very convenient, literally just around the corner. The staff at the hotel has always been helpful and friendly. The room was.clean. Nice buffet breakfast. Beautiful pool. This year, I noted the hotel needs a major rehab. There is major road construction in the area that has been going on for about two years. I'm hoping that after the construction is finished, the hotel will address the issues that need to be upgraded. I really like staying here for the convenience. I did have one problem at check-in, I arrived at 3:30pm,. I was assigned a room, after unloading my suitcase I went up to the room, it was not ready. In fact, it was just being cleaned. I put everything back in my car, drove her back around to the front and was assigned a different room, the hotel staff personally checked to make sure that room was indeed ready before giving me a key card. I appreciated that. Overall, a good stay. Really hoping that Ramada gives this location a facelift.

The hotel is an older hotel, with 1980s/1990s decor, which is not a problem for us as long as it is clean and safe. There is undoubtedly a systemic mold problem in the hotel. All registers were black with dust (and probably positive for mold spores). I suffer with allergies and woke up both mornings with a horrible headache, head congestion and coughing. The outside pool area was the highlight of the stay. It is unfortunate that the hotel is not better kept - it has a very unique and welcoming layout with the courtyard/pool area and spacious balconies. Breakfast was okay, not too many healthy options, but hot complimentary breakfasts are hard to come by these days, so that was nice. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that suffers allergies or has a concern with exposure to mold.

Everything was good except for we opted for extended checkout time which meant we weren't supposed to check out till 1:00 p.m. and at 5 minutes after 11:00 one of the staff came in and asked if we were checking out today. She didn't even knock on the door she just used her key and came in. The staff needs to be made aware if a room is getting extended check out.
