Great check-in - clean rooms and nice bed

Another major issue was the parking situation. The hotel parking lot was full, and I had to park in another hotel's parking lot. This was very inconvenient and frustrating, especially after a long day of traveling. Guests should not have to worry about finding parking or parking at a different property. I hope the hotel addresses these issues, particularly the air conditioning and parking availability, to improve the experience for future guests.

Aside from the AC issue, the property was satisfactory, but having a properly functioning air conditioning unit is essential for guest comfort. I hope management addresses this maintenance concern so future guests do not experience the same problem.

I loved having the bar where I could purchase a glass of wine to take to my room. I didn’t like having only decaf coffee in my room, however. Otherwise this place was perfect!!!

the hotel was clean enough and we were only there for the night. There were loud children and a barking door on our floor but not to the point of being intolerable. It is, aferall, an airport hotel off a major highway.

The A/C in the room was very noisy. The staff was great and the airport shuttle driver was out standing. I didn't get her name but her other job is a school bus driver. I hope you thank her for her hard work.

The ac unit in the room did not work at all. When I checked in the system was not working or was down and I was unable to get a key for my room. I had to be let in with a master key.
